Man Busted In The Bathtub

PRENTISS COUNTY (WCBI) – A bad day for Russell Ray as Prentiss County deputies pick him up from an unlikely hiding place.

It all started when deputies answered a disturbance call at a Prentiss County home.  When they arrived 35 year old Russell ray Hutcheson bolted for the woods.  A short time later, deputies qwere called back to the home where they found Hutcheson hiding in the bathtub.    The suspect then refused to be transported to jail and injured a deputy during a scuffle.  he faces several misdemeanor charges along with a simple assault on an officer charge.  Bond is set at $5,000
