Video: Supervisor Change Of Plea Hearing Set
OXFORD (WCBI) – Calhoun County Supervisor Ernest Fox is set to plead guilty to trying to extort money from a Calhoun County logger.

Federal court records show Fox will have a change of plea hearing October 26th in Oxford. The court says he will plead guilty to one count in connection with a scheme where he told a Calhoun County man he had to donate to Fox’s re-election campaign or his rights to drive a log truck in Calhoun County would be revoked. As part of his plea deal,Fox will enter a new program called PACS which will impact the sentence he will receive in the case.
