COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Can the candidates say anything at this point, to change voters’ minds?

We talked to some Columbus residents Thursday to see if Wednesday’s debate impacted their decision at all.

“The way they’re stretched out over time, it let’s the evolution of those questions come to light, and there’s been so much development over the last few weeks and months that need to be answered,” says Gary Gist.

“I was planning on Trump just because I was born and raised a Republican,” says Douglas Glenn.

“Well, it’s not conclusive, but I’m sure it will give me more of a strong motive to vote for either or,” says Clarence Quinn.

“I’ve had my mind made up. She interviews well and debates well, but she’s dangerous and she’s absolutely crooked,” says Grayce Hicks.
