Oxford Police Make Credit Card Fraud Arrest

OXFORD (WCBI) A Brandon woman is helping drive the Oxford economy .The only problem  is  that she is using someone else’s money to do it.

Oxford Investigators arrested 20 year old Hannah Smith Thursday after linking her to a series of bogus purchases in the Oxford area. Police say Smith used a stolen credit card to go on a week long spending spree in September. She was able to rack up over 16 hundred dollars in charges before the card was cut off. She is facing credit card fraud charges and a $1,000 bond.
