Former New Albany Court Clerk Indicted
NEW ALBANY ( WCBI) – The former New Albany Municipal Court Clerk is getting a look at the legal system from the other side.. Agents with the State Auditors office have arrested Jennifer Galloway on embezzlement charges.
GALLOWAY
Galloway is accused of taking $206,648.80 from the city by not depositing court fines or cash bonds. After adding on interest and the cost of the investigation, the auditor is seeking restitution of more than $334,000 dollars.
