Video: Search On For Lowndes County Armed Robber

LOWNDES COUNTY (WCBI) – The search continues this morning for the suspect in a Sunday night armed robbery.

It all took place just before ten last night when a person was robbed in the parking lot of the Dollar General at 45 and Gatlin.

The robber also stole a car and eventually led officers on a high speed chase.

Lowndes Deputies, along with the M-H-P and Monroe County chased the car until it crashed in Aberdeen. The robber then fled on foot and remains on the run.
