Video: Afternoon Fire Claims One Life

NETTLETON (WCBI) – One person is dead following an afternoon fire at a  Nettleton home.

Sheriff Jim Johnson says one person inside the residence on County Road 1277 near Burgess Drive died. Lee County Medical Examiner Carolyn Green’s office is investigating the death . The name of the victim is not being released pending notification of next of kin.
