Noxubee County Man Dead After Being Hit By Truck

NOXUBEE COUNTY (WCBI) –  A Brooksville man is dead after being hit by a tractor trailer Saturday morning.

MHP  Master Sergeant Criss Turnipseed says 49 year old Jessie Williams was standing in the northbound lane of Highway 45 near Baldwyn Road when he was hit by the truck .   Williams was pronounced dead on the scene by the Noxubee County coroner .   The truck driver from Carthage was not injured.  The MHP continues to investigate the 12:51 a.m accident
