Pumpkins Pelt Parts Of Pass Christian

PASS CHRISTIAN  (WCBI) –  Clean up continues on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the aftermath of Hurricane Nate and Mississippi Department of Transportation are facing one unusual debris removal case.

Thousands of pumpkins are scattered along a section of Highway 90 in Pass Christian.   Winds and storm surge from the hurricane pushed the pumpkins from a nearby church into the road .  The pumpkins were part of an annual pumpkin sale hosted by the church to finance various missions.
