Noxubee County Investigators Are Looking For Stolen ATVs

NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The Noxubee County Sheriff’s Department is looking to locate four missing ATV’s stolen from a resident.

Chief Investigator Eddie Franklin says the 4 four-wheelers were reported missing back in August and no new leads have emerged.

The ATVs were parked inside a barn on the owner’s property.

One four wheeler had a key in it, but investigators believe the other three were hot-wired and then taken.

The total value of the stolen property is nearly $10,000.

Franklin says they’ve worked and solved many stolen four wheeler cases and won’t stop until they catch the suspects involved in this one.

“We reach out to the surrounding counties, make them aware that we do have these four wheelers missing and then we just network from there, until we find a lead.”

Deputies say the owner had all of the serial numbers for the four wheelers and have put them in a national database, hoping to get a hit.

If you have any information call the Noxubee County Sheriff’s Department.
