3rd Annual Halloween Bash
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Halloween may be all about the kids, but the folks at Shaggy Hound made sure to keep man’s best friend in mind.
The Third Annual Halloween Bash kicked off this morning at 7 in Starkville.
Pets and owners showed up and showed out with costumes and cameras, but this isn’t just a good photo-op.
Everyone who stops by can enter a costume contest and also gets a treat for their self and their pooch.
Employees aren’t missing out either and say this event is all about showing appreciation to their customers.
“It gets so crazy during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season and that we never get to stop and do something for our partrons that are so good to us every year and it’s a lot of fun seeing all the dogs in the different costumes and they get so excited to run in here and play and the pictures turn out so cute,” says Shaggy Hound employee Olivia Whitehead.
Shaggy Hound expected well over 100 dogs to participate.
