Louisville Woman Ordered To Repay FEMA

ABEREDEEN (WCBI) – No jail time for a Louisville woman who admits she lied to Federal Emergency Management Agency officials. 37 year old Demetrice McMillian was sentenced Thursday on disaster fraud charges for claiming her apartment was destroyed in the April 2014 tornado when she did not actually live at the Beal Avenue residence.  McMillian does have to repay $15,877.22 and serve 8 months of house arrest.
