VIDEO: Much Needed Bridge Repairs Being Made Along Busy Interstate

FULTON, Miss, (WCBI)- Some much needed repairs are being made on two bridges along I-22 in Fulton, but not without a few headaches for drivers.

The Mississippi Department of Transportation said these are long term repairs to extend the life of the bridges.

Currently in the east bound lanes right before you merge onto Old Highway 25, the right lane is completely closed off as crews work to seal in expansion joints.

Crews are also working to remove and re-seal a modular joint on both sides of the interstate.

MDOT could not give a timeline on when the repairs will be complete.
