Church Burglary Arrest

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A church’s alarm system alerts police to a break-in, and shortly after, an arrest is made.

Yesterday, December 4, Starkville Police arrested Shamar Banks for commercial burglary.

Police were called by the alarm at New Horizons Church around 7 p.m.

The 20 year-old Starkville resident is housed at the Oktibbeha County Jail awaiting a set bond.
