Lee County Wreck Kills One

LEE COUNTY (WCBI) – One person is dead following a Thursday afternoon collision in East Lee County.

20-year-old Blake Whitworth, of Mooreville, was on his motorcycle when he collided with a car at the intersection of County Roads 1310 and 1569 near Mooreville.

Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green says the victim died shortly after 4:30 p.m. from multiple trauma.
