A man wanted since May now faces criminal charges in Monroe Co.

CRAWFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A man on the run since May has been returned to Monroe County to face criminal charges.
Kevin Rashad Crawford was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Task Force earlier this week.
Crawford was wanted in connection with a May 19 shooting at a home on Highway 45 North in Wren.
There were seven people in the home at the time. One of them was hit by gunfire.
Investigators noted 40 bullet holes in the home.
After a warrant was issued for Crawford, it was turned over to the Marshal’s Task Force.
Crawford was located and arrested in Lee County.
He is charged with Aggravated Assault – use of a deadly weapon, Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling, and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.
Crawford’s bond was set at $150,000, but the Mississippi Department of Corrections has placed a hold on him.
