AJ Brown Drafted By Tennessee In Second Round

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) — Starkville-native and former Ole Miss wide receiver AJ Brown’s dreams came true, Friday.

The Tennessee Titans drafting Brown with the 51st overall pick in the second round.

Brown joins Macon-native Jeffery Simmons in Tennessee.

“I want to go workout right now, that’s how hungry I am,” Brown said.

“It’s God’s timing…it’s surreal. Everything I’ve been working for since forever. Day in and day out, really pushing myself just to be great and I get the opportunity to do it on the big stage now so I’m really excited and ready to go to work.”
