An Ackerman man has been arrested for breaking into a high school

ACKERMAN, Miss. (WCBI) – An Ackerman man is arrested today and is accused of breaking into Choctaw County High School.

28-year-old Juan Hunt Jr. is charged with commercial burglary and resisting arrest.

Ackerman Police Chief Tim Cook says the break-in happened early Saturday morning.

He tells WCBI that Hunt is accused of taking TV’s, game systems, and clothes.

Video surveillance lead investigators to Hunt.

He was arrested this morning after running from officers and was arrested on Davis Street.

Hunt’s bond is set at over 20 thousand dollars.
