Arkansas deputy fired for shooting small dog in the head

An Arkansas sheriff’s deputy was fired after he was caught on video shooting a barking chihuahua during a response call last week. The Faulkner County Sheriff determined Saturday that Deputy Keenan Wallace didn’t do enough to “de-escalate” the incident. KTHV’s Michael Aaron reports.
