Attorney general to be grilled by lawmakers in first public appearance after Mueller report

Attorney General William Barr will be on Capitol Hill in his first major public appearance since he received the special counsel’s report from Robert Mueller last month. Barr is scheduled to testify about next year’s budget request for the Justice Department. The Russia investigation is also expected to come up. Nancy Cordes reports.
