Bad tag leads to bad time for Tennessee woman

TISHOMINGO COUNTY ( WCBI) – It’s almost a certainty that the cost of a Tennessee license plate would have been far less than what a Tennessee woman is about to face.

55-year-old Contrina Sagely faces felony possession of methamphetamine after her arrest Monday.

Deputies had been watching a county residence with a reputation for drug trafficking when they watched Sagely leave that house.

Deputies noticed the Burlison, Tennessee woman’s tag was expired so they stopped her for that offense and found the suspected drugs.

A Burnsville woman in the car was cited for misdemeanor charges.
