Biden on Democrats impeaching Trump: “I hope they don’t”

Former Vice president Joe Biden told CBS This Morning co-host Norah O’Donnell that if Democrats win back the house, he hopes they will focus on bigger priorities rather than pursuing impeachment proceedings against President Trump.
