Budget Management Apps

STARKVILLE, Miss.(WCBI)—Want to better manage your all your finances? Well, there’s an app for that.

Starkville Bancorp South Community Bank hosted a budgeting workshop Tuesday afternoon, free to the public.

The workshop featured Mississippi State University Extension Service Instructor Rebecca Sparks.

She spoke about different money saving apps and a free apps that allows you to access all of your financial accounts including; investments, credit cards and loans, in one place.

Loren Bell says the bank wants to be instrumental in helping the community better handle finances.

“It’s important with everything going on in the community to give back a little bit. And for our customers or prospective customers or anybody else that wants to come and learn, we think it’s important to play a part in our community effort,”said Starkville Bancorp South Community Bank  President Loren Bell.

Starkville Bancorp South Community Bank hosts workshops bi-annually on a different topic each time.
