A Car Crashes Head-On Into A Pole in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A car crashes into a pole in Columbus Sunday evening.

It happened near the intersection of 14th Avenue and 21st Street North, near Wells Cleaners.

Residents from a duplex across the street say they heard a loud bang after the driver crashed into the pole.

The person was taken by ambulance to the hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.

No other cars were involved in the crash.

Columbus Police are investigating.
