Continued Rain Chances
SATURDAY NIGHT: Rain will continue through the evening hours but will gradually taper off overnight. Temperatures will remain in the low and mid 60s with strong southerly winds at 10-15 mph.
SUNDAY: Some may see heavy downpours Sunday morning, but others may remain fairly dry. Temperatures will also fall from being in the 60s Sunday morning, to the mid 40s by the afternoon as the cold front pushes through. Areas further to the north and west will have the best chance at staying dry Sunday, while those to the south and east will see more of the rain. There will be some energy for any thunderstorms to work with to the southeast, so a strong storm cannot be ruled out south and east of I-20. However, these storms should be fairly minimal and no major severe weather is expected. Everyone should be dry by early evening.
MONDAY: Most remain dry for Monday, but some rain showers cannot be ruled out for anyone. Highs will be in the low 50s while overnight lows will be in the mid 40s.
TUESDAY: Tuesday looks to be the driest day this week. Some may actually see some sunshine. Highs will be fairly mild, in the mid 60s while overnight lows stay in the mid 50s.
LATE WEEK: More shower chances will remain for the second half of the week. Wednesday and Thursday will be unseasonably warm, skyrocketing near or above 70 degrees. Temperatures will slowly cool down going into the weekend, in the 60s for Friday and the 50s for Saturday. All week lows will remain in the mid 50s
