December Snow!
NOXUBEE AND WINSTON COUNTIES, Miss. (WCBI) – Snow has blanketed the southern counties in our viewing area this morning, December 8.
Thankfully, only a few minor accidents and the roads are, for the most part, clear.
Here is what it looked like in Noxubee County this morning.
EMA Director Corey Brown says about three and a half inches fell in Mashulaville.
That’s the highest reading he has found in the county.
The roadways there are in good shape, right now, but schools did close.
In Winston County, schools are open. The most snow fell in the southern part of the county.
Three and a half inches were measured in Noxapater.
