Escapees Still On Run In Lee County
TUPELO (WCBI) – The search continues for two Lee County trustees who didn’t return from a work detail.
Sheriff Jim Johnson says Mickey Joe Williams and Michael B Patterson were discovered missing during a Saturday night bed check at the jail. The pair were being held on burglary charges are are not considered to be dangerous.
Authorities are now looking for this stolen truck.
It’s a 2000 White long wheel base Chevrolet. They think Williams and Patterson may be the people responsible for stealing the truck
