Father In Stable Condition After Son Allegedly Shoots Him
BROOKSVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Brooksville father, who investigators say, was shot by his son, is now in stable condition.
Brooksville police, say Everett Shields, 19, is accused of shooting his father, Elvis Shields, 49.

The shooting happened around 6 p.m. on Meadowbrook drive.
Elvis Shields was shot multiple times, and airlifted to North Mississippi Medical Center, in Tupelo.
The Noxubee County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Everett, and he’s being charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault.
Bond has not been set.
