Firefighters respond to another fire in Kilmichael
KILMICHAEL, Miss. (WCBI) – Fire crews in Montgomery County continue to stay busy with calls across the area.
Monday, around 9:00 am, the Kilmichael Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched after a person said they could see and smell smoke from their home.
After crews responded to the scene, Gas heat was determined to be the source of the fire.
Then, on Monday afternoon at around 1:30 pm, fire crews responded to a house fire on Vaiden Kilmichael Road at County Road 430.
When crews arrived on scene, a home was fully engulfed.
Carroll County, Vaiden Fire, and Kilmichael VFD worked to douse the blaze.
The home appears to be a total loss.
No injuries have been reported.
