Floodwaters continue to rise in the Carolina after Florence

Flooding from Hurricane Florence continues to be a problem in North and South Carolina. New drone video shows a neighborhood submerged between the hard-hit towns of Longs and Conway, South Carolina. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
