Former Lowndes County deputy facing charges of grand larceny

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Former Lowndes County deputy Eli Perrigan was back in court Wednesday.

This time on charges of Grand Larceny.

According to Lowndes County investigators, Perrigan no longer owns his home in New Hope.

But the new owners filed an affidavit against him, alleging he came into the unoccupied home and took items, after the house was repossessed.

Grand larceny is a felony.

Perrigan has posted a $2,500 bond.
