Video: Former MSU Employee Facing Embezzlement Charges

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A former Mississippi State University employee accused of embezzling from the school has been indicted.

Susan Holder, 63, turned herself in to the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Department this last Friday.

According to evidence from the state auditor’s office, Holder submitted duplicate travel expenses for reimbursement from MSU.

Investigators believe she submitted travel expenses of more than $35,000 from September 2007 through October 2011.

Holder worked at MSU from 1991 to 2011.
