Former Starkville Sanitation Department charged with embezzlement
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A former Starkville Sanitation Department finds himself in the can.
26-year-old Tyrone Spencer Jr. is charged with embezzlement.
Starkville police say the investigation started after receiving internal and external complaints.
Spencer was an employee at the time of the alleged incidents.
He has been released on bond.
