Garan redevelopment project could include ALDI & TJ Maxx

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – In a 5-2 vote, Starkville Board of Alderman voted in favor of the Tax Increment Financing for the Garan Redevelopment project.

With this vote, businesses could be coming to the Bulldog City.

Developers said an Aldi and TJ Maxx might make there way in with this project.

Garan is moving shop to the new industrial park.

The project is headed by Castle Properties which a developer said that the project and TIF are roughly three years away.
