Gregory Given Reigns to New Hope Football

Shawn Gregory knows New Hope and has a passion for the school’s athletics. He is a graduate of New Hope High School (Class of  ’86) and has since pursued his own professional goals while remaining on the football field. It all came to a head recently when Gregory took over for Michael Bradley as Head Coach last weekend. He will bring years of both college and high school experience to the Trojan sideline.

He returned to New Hope as an assistant coach in 2012 and told the Commercial Dispatch “it’s good to be home.”

Gregory’s coaching career include stops at multiple high schools in Alabama as both a head coach and a coordinator. He was also an assistant coach at Mississippi Valley State and Samford University.
