Heavy snow and ice wreak havoc from Northwest to Midwest

Massive winter storms are slamming more than 100 million Americans Tuesday, with winter weather warnings and flash flood watches in effect from the Midwest to the Northeast. More than half of the country is facing heavy snow, sleet and rain. Don Dahler reports.
