Home Invasion Fugitive Captured

TUPELO ( WCBI) – The final suspect in a September home invasion just outside the Tupelo city limits is behind bars.  Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson says the 20 year old Darien Graham has been captured.

Graham and Delvechio Morris  are accused of robbing a residence on County Road 1534 twice.  The second home invasion on September 28th ended with Morris being shot in the chest by the people inside the home.  While deputies were investigating the shooting, they discovered a large amount of marijuana inside the residence and arrested the 3 people inside  on drug charges.   Graham is facing armed robbery and burglary of a dwelling charges.
