Jackson State Announces Harold Jackson As Next Coach

Jackson State announced the hiring of a new head football coach Monday. Harold Jackson is a former JSU wide receiver. He was an all-pro NFL player, playing 16 years in the league.

He’s held assistant jobs in the NFL and at the college level and is a Hattiesburg, Miss. native.

The decision comes after the school fired Rick Comegy on Dec. 18.
