Lightning Leads To Starkville Fire

STARKVILLE (WCBI) – A fast moving thunderstorm filled with lightning is to blame for an afternoon fire in Starkville.

This is a picture of a storage shed located on Presley Drive in the city.  Starkville fire officials says lightning struck the shed setting it on fire.   Crews were able to contain the blaze quickly and no other structures were damaged.
