Louisville Names Tyrone Shorter Head Football Coach

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Former Noxubee County head football coach Tyrone Shorter has been named to the same position at Louisville high school.

The Louisville Municipal School District approving the hiring, Tuesday.

Shorter went 101-30 in nine seasons with Noxubee County, winning four state championships (2012, 2014, 2015, 2017).

Shorter will replace longtime head coach M.C. Miller, who retired at the end of the 2018 season. Louisville won the 4A state championships in 2018.
