Lowndes Co. Residents Help Fight Crime

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Folks from the Elm Lake community joined forces with law enforcement to raise awareness about crime, and promote neighborhood unity.

They say they want to give crime and drugs a going away party for the annual “Night out Against Crime.”

Residents prayed, local churches led parades, and guest speakers held information sessions on topics like, ‘How to Protect Your Home and Car.’
