Man accused of plotting ISIS-inspired truck attack near D.C.

Federal authorities have arrested a man they say was planning an ISIS-inspired attack in Maryland. The suspect is accused of stealing a rental truck and planning to plow into crowds near Washington, D.C. Kris Van Cleave reports.
