TISHOMINGO COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- A man arrested for a suspended license faces more charges after investigators say he tried to chew up a bag of alleged methamphetamine.

Leonard Ray Marbry, 51, is charged with Felony Tampering with Evidence and Introducing Narcotics to a Correctional Facility.

He was pulled over on County Road 16 in Belmont for not displaying a tag. That’s when deputies realized Marbry’s drivers license had been suspended.
