Man arrested for alleged drive-by shooting in Macon
MACON, Miss. (WCBI) – Macon Police make an arrest in an alleged drive-by shooting.
Jeremy Ervin has been accused of shooting into a house last weekend.
The incident happened on Highway 45 South.
Ervin is charged with eight counts of Aggravated Assault, Drive-By Shooting, and Shooting into a dwelling.
No injuries were reported in the attack.
