Man charged after threatening lineman working to restore power in Yalabusha Co.
YALABUSHS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening a lineman working to restore power during Winter Storm Fern recovery efforts.
On February 6, the Yalabusha County Sheriff’s Department arrested Douglas Pullen.
He was accused of harassing Tallahatchie Valley Electric Power Authority and its employees.
Pullen has been charged with Telephone Harassment, and additional felony charges are expected to follow.
He is being held at the Yalobusha County Detention Center.
According to poweroutages.com, over 1,400 people are still without power in Yalabusha County.
