Man Charged in Oktibbeha County Burglary

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Take out is quick and convenient, but only legal when the restaurant is open.

It’s a lesson Oktibbeha County deputies say James Anthony Peterson is learning.

The 35 year-old is now charged with burglary of commercial building.

Peterson is accused of breaking into a local barbeque stand.

His bond was set at $5,000 at today’s arraignment.
