MDOC: Inmate death reported at Parchman

SUNFLOWER COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – An inmate died at the hospital at Mississippi State Penitentiary at Parchman.

The 45-year-old inmate’s name has not been released yet pending notification of the family.

Foul play not was not suspected in the inmate’s death.

The body was sent for an autopsy.
