Mississippi State University postpones commencement

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Mississippi State University announced it is postponing spring commencement.

The university said it is following recommendations from the Institute of Higher Learning that traditional commencement exercises be postponed indefinitely.

Plans to honor MSU graduates will be discussed and announced when the national emergency has ended.

MSU said it remained committed to celebrating graduates at a safe and appropriate time.
