MSU’s Simmons Declares For NFL Draft

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Mississippi State junior defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons declares for the 2019 NFL Draft, forgoing his senior season

Simmons is a projected first round pick, according the CBS Sports.

The Macon, Mississippi native and Noxubee County product will play in Mississippi State’s bowl game against Iowa on New Year’s Day.

Simmons is a two-time All-SEC player, and the 2018 Conerly Trophy winner.
