Music can help you sleep, new study suggests

A new study finds many people use music as an every day sleep aid. Sixty-two percent of respondents told researchers they listen to music to help them fall asleep. Many say it helps them relax, or block noise. Dr. Carol Ash, a sleep specialist at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health in New Jersey, joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss the science behind the new findings.
